                                 THE LATE FREDDIE PRINZE SR

A tv-movie about the late Freddie Prinze Sr entitled CAN YOU HEAR THE LAUGHTER was made in the late 70's. The movie starred Ira Augustain of the 1970's tv show THE WHITE SHADOW as Freddie Prinze  & Kevin Hooks also of the WHITE SHADOW played his best friend Nat Blake. The movie was an interesting but sensationalized account of his life and death. The movie is very sad at the end when he dies.   You'll need plenty of hankies at the end when viewing this.

Sadly the movie is out of print today but copies still appear for sale occasionally on auction sites like E-BAY.   I wish the movie had been a much nicer portrayal of him instead of being so sensationalized & some true things being left out. But that's how Hollywood is. They don't want to portray the nice side of people...

Here is a tribute to the movie CAN YOU HEAR THE LAUGHTER including some pics from the movie & scans of the origional script. Enjoy! :)
